Thai Yoga + Soundbath

Join WTS’s owner, Cait + Paige Haber for an evening of deep relaxation sensory reset. The session is limited to 4 people to ensure each guest receives approximately 20 minutes of individualized Thai Yoga* with Paige. The session is accompanied by a live Soundbath with a full set of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls played by Cait.

*Thai Yoga incorporates gentle movements, energy balancing and passive yoga stretches.
