What is your shipping policy?

All orders are batch shipped every 7-10 business days. Depending on when you place your order, it could take up to 2 weeks to receive your order. Most orders take a minimum of 3 days to ship. Some products are made-to-order and can take up to 1 month to ship. We currently only ship within the United States. Confirmation emails are sent automatically after you submit your order (check spam, junk and subscriptions). Tracking numbers can be sent out upon request but our system does not generate them automatically. We the Starborne is a small-scale, locally-run establishment that is operated by a few careful hands and hearts. We appreciate your grace and understanding in the event of any delays or changes to your order.

What is your refund policy?

• Tangible Items (i.e. crystals + sacred tools):

  If there is an issue with your order, kindly contact us within 7 days of delivery explaining your situation and we will handle it directly with you. We do not offer refunds after one week of delivery.

• Intangible Services (i.e. sessions, readings, classes, workshops, events + retreats):

  All services are non-refundable. Please be certain of your commitment.
