Got some crystals or sacred tools that no longer resonate? We the Starborne offers a crystal & ritual buy-back program to help circulate gently used and well loved objects that are ready for their next careful keeper. Receive in-store credit for any crystals we accept.

Book your appointment and show up on time -- late arrivals will need to reschedule!
Bring in your crystal & sacred tool collection in a box or bag and neatly wrap them for safety. If you have a large collection (more than 3 full boxes/bags), please book two 30min time slots.
Give us 30minutes (ish) to review your collection while you hang out, grab a coffee next door, and/or shop!
We calculate the buy-back amount based on what we believe we can sell the objects for and give you 50% of that total as store credit. We do NOT give out cash for our buy-back program under any circumstances.

Crystalsmust be intact and unbroken/unchipped
Crystals must be clean and free of old price tags/labels
Burnables, candles, incense, and oils must be unused.
Decks must be in good condition and contain all cards & guidebook (if applicable).
We reserve the right to decline any objects for any reason -- sometimes we just don't need more of a certain type of crystal, or sometimes it just doesn't feel like the right fit for the shop -- it's never personal!
To cleanse or not to cleanse? Many people wonder if they need to do something to cleanse their objects before passing them on to us. Although we recommend sending gratitude before parting with, it is NOT required to cleanse before dropping them off. We do regular crystal cleansing for all specimens that find their way into the shop so rest assured they will be well taken care of :)
Please only bring objects you are ready to part with -- this service is NOT a way to get your items appraised or identified. When you drop your them off, we will do our best to estimate reasonable prices with our knowledge of the current market and demand. We do not haggle or barter with our buy-back program and ask that anyone participating respect the dollar amounts we deem appropriate for our shop.
