Join us for an unforgettable soundhealing experience at The Liminal Lounge led by WTS’s owner/founder, Cait (aka Sister Starborne)! The session will begin with a guided meditation and gentle breathwork. The majority of the session will be spent resting amidst the healing vibrations created by a set of 100% quartz crystal singing bowls and sacred sound instruments. Soundbaths have the ability to transport you out of ordinary reality and shift you into a sustained state of deep relaxation and oneness.

What to bring — please come prepared to build yourself a cozy nest to rest in. That may include:

• Comfy clothing

• 2-3 blankets

• 1-2 pillows

• any crystals/sacred tools you’d like to have with you

• eye pillow/scarf (optional)

• journal/pen (optional)

We have yoga mats available for all guests so only bring one if you want some extra cushion.

The event will take place in our sister-space “The Liminal Lounge” located adjacent to WTS. You will enter through the shop entrance at 593 Hamline Ave N St. Paul, MN 55104

Sessions run approximately 60minutes depending on group size

All levels welcome; no experience necessary. Come as you are.
