Event Logistics & Booking Policies
Session Length
Soundhealing sessions run 45–60 minutes, depending on start time, group size, and location.
How to Request an Offsite Soundhealing Experience
To initiate a booking:
Submit a 10% deposit.
Complete the attached request form.
Both steps are required for your proposal to enter the review stage.
Booking Window
Offsite Soundhealing experiences must be booked at least 30 days in advance.
Requests submitted fewer than 30 days before the desired date will be automatically refunded.
Review Period
Please allow 7–10 business days for review. During this time, we assess your request and assign a guide to lead your session. You will receive a response via the email provided on your form.
If We Cannot Accommodate Your Request
You will receive a full refund of your deposit to the original form of payment.
Payment Schedule
10% deposit due upon request + form submission (non-refundable once the proposal is confirmed).
Upon approval, an additional 50% of the remaining balance is required to officially reserve your event date (60% total paid).
The remaining 40% is due on the day of the event.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel during the 7–10 day proposal review window, you will receive a refund minus a 15% processing fee, applied to the 10% deposit.
Once the proposal is confirmed and the additional 50% has been paid, all payments become non-refundable.
In the event of an emergency, we will do our best to reschedule your event, though payment cannot be transferred or refunded.
Private Event & Non-Profit Use Policy
All offsite Soundhealing experiences provided by Sacred Space, LLC and Sister Starborne are offered exclusively as private, non-commercial events. These sessions may not be marketed, ticketed, or promoted as public events, and the host may not receive financial gain—direct or indirect—from the gathering.
Hosts are permitted to divide the cost of the session among their guests to share expenses; however, no additional fees may be charged, and no profit may be made from offering or hosting the experience.
By booking an event, the host agrees to uphold these terms and ensure that all attendees understand the private and non-commercial nature of the session.

All practices are intended for entertainment purposes only and are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, disease, ailment, or injury.
By checking the box below, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for the event and the wellbeing of all attendees. The host and participants waive the right to pursue any form of legal action against Sacred Space, LLC or its independent contractors for any reason, at any time.
