IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS: Due to the unique nature of Wellness Weekend, once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend and would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, please email wethestarborne@gmail.com no later than 9/22/24.

Wellness Weekend is organized as a ‘rain or shine’ event meaning we will not cancel due to rain, cold temps or wind in the forecast. All attendees must come prepared for variable weather. Should severe weather be an imminent threat 24hrs prior to the event, we will reschedule the event for 2025.

In the event of rescheduling due to severe weather, anyone who purchased a ticket will be contacted via the email submitted upon registration. All ticket-holders will have the option to transfer their ticket to 2025 to avoid any annual price increases. Ticket-holders will have until 10/1/24 to request a refund if they do not wish to transfer their ticket to 2025. If no request is made by 10/1/24, tickets will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date. By purchasing your ticket for Wellness Weekend, you are indicating that you understand and agree with these terms.
