Things to know about attending RISE:

REST classes are always unique—the container will be designed by your guide and will blend a mixture of modalities and themes that best suits the energy of the morning. The guide + modalities listed upon registration are subject to change without notice.

• $35/pp

• Class Maximum: 5 | Class minimum: 1*

  * Classes that have just one student signed up will recieve a 45min session or have the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.

• 60-75minutes

• Class begins promptly at 9:30A—doors will be locked so no late arrivals

• Doors will open at least 15minutes prior to class start time to get settled in

• Always dress comfortable and for movement

• All levels, bodies & beliefs welcome

All students will be provided with a yoga mat and/or meditation bench. We recommend bringing a water bottle, small towel and hair-tie or headband.

Pre-registration is required to attend RISE:

• $15 non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit paid at time of registration below (cards only)

• The remaining $20 is paid to the teacher directly upon arrival (both card or cash accepted & tips are encouraged)
