Things to know about attending NEST:

NEST classes are always unique—the container will be designed by your guide and will blend a mixture of modalities and themes that best suits the energy of the evening. The guide + modalities listed upon registration are subject to change without notice.

• Class Maximum: 5 | Class minimum: 1

• 45-90minutes depending on how many students attend

• Class begins promptly at 7P—doors will be locked so no late arrivals

• Doors will open at least 15minutes prior to class start time to get settled in

• Always dress comfy and dress in layers

• All levels, bodies & beliefs welcome

All students will be provided with a yoga mat and/or meditation bench, blanket and/or sheepskin, and an eye pillow to build their nest. ** For ultra lux nests, we recommend bringing an additional blanket and pillow of your own—a crystal or two never hurt either!

Pre-registration is required to attend NEST:

• $15 non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit paid at time of registration below (cards only)

• The remaining $20 is paid to the teacher directly upon arrival (both card or cash accepted & tips are encouraged)
