12:15 Session: Dynamic Meditation
Innate Essence + Breathwork - In this meditation workshop you will learn and practice several styles of moving and still meditation as well as hand gestures, mudras, to connect to and expand your infinite awareness. The workshop ends with a reiki infused guided meditation that calms and restores the mind, body and spirit. No previous meditation experience is necessary.
1:45 Session: Vibrational Healing: Mantra + Sound
Use mantra and sound vibration to reconstruct thought patterns, direct the mind and connect to your inner essence. Mantra is a Sanskrit word; 'man' is the mind or thinking instrument // 'tra' is to bridge or cross over. A mantra helps provide a protection for the mind from distracting or un-useful thoughts. Mantras are used to cultivate unique, intentional, frequencies of energy through vibrational sounds and circulate them through your awareness. Additionally, they support the movement of breath through the practice of witnessing and being here now.
3:15 Session: Ancient Wisdom: Shamanic Tools + Intuitive Gifts
Take a step in discovering and deepening your connection to energy and inner sprint as you strengthen your intuition. Practice listening and reading the signs of your energy to unearth answers and guidance. A guided journey will invite you into elevated states of consciousness for the opportunity to release what no longer serves you and increase your capacity for true authenticity and empowerment.
4:45 Session: Plant Medicine: Contemplation + Tea Ceremony
Dive deeper into the medicine of plant allies through a sacred meditation and tea ceremony. Connect with your inner landscape through supportive contemplation as you explore subtleties within the tea as well as the sensations it provides in the body and mind. Each sip will shift your awareness, curate openness and take you to new places on your journey of self discovery.
