WHO CAN COME TO WELLNESS WEEKEND?
Wellness Weekend is open to all-ages and all experience levels. This event is family friendly and great for groups of existing friends. That being said, no group required — Wellness Weekend is designed to be a communal event with plenty of opportunities to forge new connections — solo campers are warmly welcomed and encouraged to attend.
DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN EVERY OFFERING?
No! Wellness Weekend is full of enriching offerings but the weekend is for YOU to rest, relax and restore how you see fit. Every offering is optional and you can pick and choose what you want to invest your time in. We strongly encourage taking time to yourself when you feel like you need it.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS INCLEMENT WEATHER?
Wellness Weekend is organized as a ‘rain or shine’ event and planned with weather in mind. We will not cancel due to rain, cold temps or wind in the forecast. All attendees must come prepared for variable weather conditions. Although some of the outdoor events are weather-contingent, the majority of the experiences will happen regardless of weather. Should severe weather be an imminent threat 24hrs prior to the event, we will reschedule the event for 2025.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Absolutely, four-leggeds are very welcome at both parks! They must remain leashed at all times and a responsible individual must be willing to pick up after them.
IMPORTANT REFUND & CANCELLATION DISCLAIMERS:
Due to the unique nature of Wellness Weekend, once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend and would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, please email wethestarborne@gmail.com no later than 9/22/24.

In the event of rescheduling due to severe weather or not meeting registration minimum, anyone who purchased a ticket will be contacted via the email submitted upon registration. All ticket-holders will have the option to transfer their ticket to 2025 to avoid any annual price increases. Ticket-holders will have until 10/1/24 to request a refund if they do not wish to transfer their ticket to 2025. If no request is made by 10/1/24, tickets will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date. By purchasing your ticket for Wellness Weekend, you are indicating that you understand and agree with these terms.
